I love the texture and the light weight feel of the luggage. Adding the protection covers was an absolute game changer and thank you, thank you, thank you for the quick turnaround in shipping as I was able to use both pieces for traveling to our 57th National Convention.

DO NOT BUY!! This item is lovely but arrives damaged! The smaller case on the inside is scratched up with what looks like bluish discoloration. I can not reach anyone for help and it was purchased as a gift that I need to give. Called customer service and the phone just rings a while and then they ask you to leave a voicemail. Sadly, I doubt that I will be able to just exchange the smaller piece. Not sure how it got scratched up but would not recommend it thought he pieces themselves see really very pretty. I was really hoping to give my daughter this luggage as a graduation gift but it’s embarrassing how spoiled this white stripe on this item is. Not worth the hassle.

Utilized the suitcase pair (1-Large/1-Medium) to travel to Florida via airplane for my niece's Wedding. Upon retrieving the luggage at my destination, the one where was completely broken-off the larger suitcase (see photo sent in product review).
