I sent a previous email detailing the reason for my response but never got a reply from your company. While I am
Interested in this product, I need instructions on how to manage it. I cannot remove the card where the identification information is supposed to be written. It’s extremely difficult to remove the card and I am afraid if I continue to tug at it I will permanently damage it. Please advise. Thank you.

Good afternoon Phyillis, thank you for your purchase and my apologies for the delaying in responding. The easiest way to remove the card is to first unbuckle and remove the strap that snaps onto the handle of your luggage. Then with one hand, hold the opening open and with your thumb of the other hand, slide the car up and it will come out. There is a plastic piece that protects the paper so slide both out, then write your info on the paper. Slide them back in, and reattach the buckle to the tag. Hopefully this helps!
